At the recent Davis County Republican Party Central Committee John Swallow from the Utah AG’s office presented us with an update to the HCR lawsuit. In short, he wanted to clarify that the lawsuit is not about healthcare, it’s about the Federal Government forcing you and I to purchase a good or service — the ramifications of which would be far overreaching of the powers given to the Government by the Constitution.
I didn’t realize this would be taking place or I’d have brought my HD camera and tripod, and gotten a much better seat. The video isn’t great, but you can still hear what Mr. Swallow had to say.
