I subscribe to several MSN Alerts and get up-to-the minute (hour?) updates about traffic, weather, viral warnings, updates, etc. The whole point in getting these reports is their timely usefulness… Which is what frustrates me about the alert I got this morning…

From my home in Syracuse, Utah, I headed to work in Layton, Utah, at six o’clock this morning, it was raining. I worked an hour or so, then headed to school in Ogden, Utah. Once at school I got the following alert:

SYRACUSE, UT — Rain expected tomorrow.

I could have used that report YESTERDAY when it wasn’t raining… :: sigh ::

Oh well, at least I don’t need a computer to tell me the obvious just yet.
