An Amber Alert was just issued a couple of cities over, how do I know? I got a text message on my phone. You can too, and it’s probably free if your wireless carrier is one of those participating in the National Amber Alert System.
Signing up is easy, just head on over to www.WirelessAmberAlerts.org, give them your cell number, accept the agreement, and provide the Zip-Codes that you want to receive alerts for.
