You need to set up a meeting with someone but you don’t know when they’re free, and they don’t know when you’re free. If you have MS Outlook 2007 you can simply Insert Calendar and attach an HTML and .ICS free/busy schedule with the click of a button! Better yet, your recipient doesn’t need to have Outlook (it even works in Gmail!).
