Frozen Salad, Frozen Salad Plates

Sizzler Steak House is one of Utah’s primary stake house chains. While their stakes are not particularly noteworthy, they have relatively economical prices, and are usually pretty consistent.
While dining at the Layton Sizzler today (1/1/2008) my son ordered a Kid’s Steak which he didn’t like at all, the rest of us had their salad bar (I know, go to a steak house to get a salad?).
The chopped lettuce had ice and water in it (not very appetizing), and the salad plates were frozen together.
Our waitress who took about 20 minutes to bring by a bottle of ketchup, didn’t keep our glasses of water full, and was generally unavailable for requests.
Additionally, the kitchen had their radio turned up rather loud; so loud, in fact, that the music was clearly distinguishable from the music piped overhead to the guests. Tacky.
