Thinking like Sukrat

I’ve gotten a couple comments to varying posts which say simply

I think you are thinking like sukrat, but I think you should cover the other side of the topic in the post too…

These comments have been on some of my more controversial posts, and have all been caught by Akismet.

I started doing a little digging, who or what is a “sukrat”?

It turns out this is most likely a semi-random arrangement of letters used for the purpose of circumventing spam filters on blog and CMS engines. In this particular case, the commenter is peddling “enlargement” and medical goods/services. Further, this exact comment occurred twice in my Akismet filter, and numerous times across the web when I Googled it.

It is just more spam… Delete it and move along.

Mr. P. Enlargement dropped the same comment on my blog, for an entry I entitled “What’s Wrong With Islam.” The content of the comment couldn’t have looked much more legit, so I told Akismet to let it through, thinking “hey, finally some pertinent spam!” When I looked up “Sukrat,” I discovered your blog. Now Mr. Enlargement is back in my spam hole. Thanks!
