Alert: An elite group of billionaires is teaming up with the UN to pass a global warming tax to pad their ten figure pocketbooks and fleece the middle class.
Last February, UN Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon put together The High-Level Advisory Group on Climate Change Financing to investigate the “threat” of global warming.
The media-shy group is led by Norway Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg and Ethiopian Prime Minister Meles Zenawi. The group also includes Deutsche Bank AG Vice Chairman Caio Koch- Weser and a slew of other big earners (and of course, big spenders.)
The UN global warming tax would tax and auction pollution permits. TAXES out of every dollar spent on energy will flow directly into UN coffers. The UN panel said that under their plan the price of carbon emissions could rise to as much as $25 a ton. It’s estimated that the global tax squeeze will generate in excess of $38 billion dollars. Meanwhile, the middle class will be forced to fork over an additional $3,000 a year.
Puppet Master George Soros Behind Global Warming Tax
Billionaire financier George Soros has operated behind the scenes gathering support for this tax for years. Soros is best known for trying to buy elections and throwing vast amounts of money at uber-liberal causes. Interestingly, Soros has $811 million dollars of his vast fortune invested in Petrobras (a Brazilian oil company and a colossal “carbon polluter”.) Sound like a strange investment for a global warming fanatic? Not really, if you know how much Soros is going to profit from this tax.
Global Tax Pays World Bank
If global warming doesn’t exist where is the money going? A leaked document obtained by the London Guardian exposed the fact that the tax proceeds will do directly into the deep coffers of the World Bank.
If the global warming tax passes, the price of energy will soar. Opportunists like Al Gore and George Soros who have investments in carbon trading and oil will be laughing all the way to the bank with billions in their pockets.
The global warming tax is a wealth redistributing shell game. The environmental alarmists want to confiscate all the money from the middle class and redistribute it to whomever they see fit. If this tax is passed, Americans will be left freezing in the dark.

UN Slips In Secret Aviation Taxes, Shipping & Electricity Taxes
The UN panel didn’t just stop at taxing global warming. The power brokers are pushing to walk away with $12 billion from placing levies on shipping and aviation. Poorer countries will be exempt from the choking taxes. The group of well-connected elites also debated taxing electricity generation which could give them an additional $5 billion in profits. The panel hopes to rake in $24 million from private investors they dupe into financing the debacle.
Americans Already Paying Secret Climate Change Taxes
Does a secret global warming tax sound too unbelievable to be true? Well it isn’t. And it’s already happening right in our backyard. A stealth global warming entity has already been established in New Jersey and is hard at work gobbling up tax dollars. The Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI) is a liberal money vacuum that operates under the guise of a greenhouse gas cap and trade regulating entity.
So far, this liberal Ponzi scheme has expanded into 10 Northeast states. Each state is limited on their carbon emissions. If a state exceeds their allocated limit they are forced to “buy” more permits. A permit is really just another tax. The unlucky States must reduce their “carbon footprint” by 10% in 8 years or else they’ll get a friendly visit from the environmental police. Just to make sure no one escapes their tentacles, RGGI slaps consumers and businesses with huge penalties if they don’t comply.
