Recently the FTC revised their Endorsements and Testimonials guidelines to cover us bloggers.
Articles on this site which were written/posted before October 2009 are exempt from the Revised Endorsement and Testimonial Guides. Articles that are fall under these new guidelines and were written/posted after October 2009 will disclose if any compensation/incentive was provided in exchange for said article. Hyperlinks and advertisements are not endorsements or testimonials of the contents of the linked page.
