Not long ago I 'blogged about the behedding of Nick Berg and the outrage that I felt concerning that type of behavior. Now I'm starting to wonder... This morning I heard about "When Nicholas Berg took an Oklahoma bus to a remote college campus a few years ago [... he ] allowed a man with terrorist connections to use his laptop computer...]" (CNN). The man with terrorist connections was connected to the so-called 20th 9-11 hijacker: Zavarious Moussaoui.
Here's how the story gets messy. Berg allowed this man to not only use his laptop computer, but also gave him his password. This "terrorist" was very close to Mossauoi; eventually Mossauoi himself used Berg's email account for terror-related activities.

The FBI interviewed Nick Berg about Moussaoui's use of his e-mail account to send "emails" but concluded that it was entirely "coincidental." Oddly enough, Berg's computer was found to have 9-11 information on it (said to be only residual from his "coincidental meeting" on the bus, but under the direction of the FBI his computer was not to be touched. Suspicious?
While Berg was in Iraq he was allegidly detained by either the U.S. Military or the Iraqi Police (sources differ and neither say they ever held him). While detained, the FBI visited Berg three times under suspicioun of being an enemy to the state. Berg's family sued the U.S. Government to have Berg released from detention, ironically Berg was released the following day, only to be captured by supposed terroists later that day, then murdered.
Berg was said to have been pro-war and pro-Bush, but Berg's father has been said to be very anti-war & anti-Bush.
Did Berg and the terrorist meet coincidentally on the bus or was the Berg family somehow involved at some level with terrorist activities/funding? Seems to much of a coincience to be purely coincidental. Comments?
