URGENT! The date for the Davis County Republican Party (DCRP) County Convention has been changed!
County Delegates: We are each of you to check in and let us know if Alternates need to be arranged.
Alternates: Thank you for stepping up and covering for those Delegates that had scheduling conflicts for previous date. We will let you know if we need you to fill in for a County Delegate after we hear from them.
The Convention will now be held Friday, April 22nd at 6pm.

The Davis County Republican Party (DCRP) Organizing Convention will be held Friday, April 22nd, 2011 at the Davis Conference Center. You will need to be at the Davis Conference Center in Layton as close to 6pm as possible. Credentialing will open at 5pm, but will remain open until 7pm to allow time for those getting off work to be able to check in and represent their Precinct.
Please check your schedule as soon as you can to ensure you’ll be able to be in attendance.
We need to have four County Delegates present representing our Precinct — our neighborhood.
If you cannot attend please let me know as soon as possible so that I can arrange for one of our two Alternate County Delegates to attend.
If we do not have four Delegates/Alternates who can attend we will be asking those who cannot attend to resign their position such that a replacement can be appointed to take their place. In the unlikely event that this should occur, the replacement(s) will likely be one of the elected State Delegates/Alternate or the Precinct Officers, but by Party rules must be someone in our Precinct.
