Did you know that every year on April 15th, the Congress of the United States is supposed to turn in their Federal Budget? Yes, the same day you’re required to turn in your Federal Taxes (and are heavily fined if you don’t), your elected officials are supposed to have their annual budget finalized.
But they don’t. Why not? What are they wasting their time (and your taxpayer dollars) on?
