Davis County, Utah – Just after 11:30am MT T-Mobile’s cellular and data networks went down in the greater Davis County, Utah area. Incoming and outgoing cellular calls are not being completed and phones are showing “no bars.”
Users with data plans are also reporting the inability to connect to data services for web, email, and instant messaging services. SMS and MMS are also not responding.
T-Mobile engineers are aware of the outage but don’t know how large it is, what the root cause is, or when the service will be restored.
T-Mobile’s VoIP customers don’t seem to be affected by the outage.
